Senior Living Dining Services Lead

About the role

The Lead Dining Server supports daily dining operations in a senior living environment and ensures service excellence for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality dining and table service following established standards.
• Support and train new servers on service procedures and expectations.
• Assist residents with menu choices and take accurate meal orders.
• Maintain proper dining room setup, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Manage side work, opening, and closing duties.
• Monitor table decorum and dining decorum standards.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support special events and Bistro operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Create welcoming dining experiences, model professionalism, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.
