About the role

The Lead Dining Server supports daily dining operations in a senior living environment, modeling hospitality and service excellence to residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Providing dining and table service according to standards
• Training new servers
• Assisting residents with menu selections
• Ensuring proper dining room setup, cleanliness, and decorum
• Monitoring food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• Supporting special events and Bistro operations
• Maintaining confidentiality of resident information
• Creating a warm, professional dining experience
