Role Overview

The Lead Dining Server supports daily dining operations in a senior living environment by providing exceptional service, maintaining dining standards, and assisting residents with menu selections.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver dining and table service aligned with established standards
• Train and support new servers on service procedures and expectations
• Assist residents in menu choices and take accurate meal orders
• Ensure proper setup, reset, and cleanliness of the dining area
• Maintain side work, opening, and closing checklists
• Monitor table presentation and uphold decorum standards
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• Support special events and Bistro operations
