Senior Living Dining Room Lead

About the role

Merrill Gardens at Cedar Mill is seeking a compassionate, caring, responsible, and honest Dining Room Lead to support residents within our beautiful community. This role focuses on providing a high level of customer service and professionally serving meals in our restaurant-style dining room.

Responsibilities

• Professionally serve meals in our restaurant-style dining room.
• Provide a high level of customer service to residents and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Food Handler’s Permit as required.
• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

This position involves regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Frequent bending, carrying, and reaching are part of the day-to-day activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
