Job Snapshot Location: Palo Alto or San Francisco, CA | Hybrid Pay: $150,000 - $180,000/year Employment Type: Permanent Placement Work Type: Full-time Experience Level: Senior Level Opportunity Summary Join a leading global law firm that advises clients on significant transactions and high-stakes disputes. As a Senior Litigation Paralegal, you'll be a key member of a dedicated team supporting one of the firm's most important client relationships, guiding complex cases from inception to resolution. This permanent, hybrid role also gives you the chance to shape AI-enabled litigation workflows while working with attorneys across multiple offices. Responsibilities Manage all elements of litigation case management, including file management, discovery, and trial activities, from case initiation through resolution in federal and state courts.Calendar case deadlines and research Local Rules, Rules of Civil Procedure, and judges' Standing Orders to ensure compliance.Draft and prepare court filings, and proofread, cite-check, and Bluebook briefs and discovery documents.Apply AI tools to streamline workflows, and maintain document management systems and procedures so case teams can quickly organize and retrieve documents.Coordinate depositions and trial and arbitration logistics, including travel and external vendors. Qualifications Required Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm, and must meet applicable state requirements governing the performance of paralegal duties, including any required certifications.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Google Workspace (Docs and Sheets), LexisNexis, Westlaw, and iManage, plus experience with eDiscovery databases such as Relativity, Opus 2, and CaseMap.Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Harvey, ChatGPT, CoCounsel, or Gemini, and availability to travel and work overtime as needed. Preferred Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and substantive paralegal experience.Experience working with client representatives to develop and implement AI workflows.
