Senior Litigation Attorney – Business / Real Estate

Skill Requirements

• California Bar, active and in good standing
• 7+ years litigation experience with real estate exposure preferred
• Confident handling depositions, law & motion, and client communications independently

What You'll Do

• Take charge of a robust real estate litigation caseload
• Craft and execute litigation strategy - motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, trial prep
• Pursue early resolution when possible
• Build lasting relationships with sophisticated clients
