Job Requirement

• Key Requirements:
  • ~6-12+ TOTAL years of litigation experience, with 3 - 6+ years having owned diverse commercial construction & RE litigation cases beginning to end;
  • RPAPL 881 / adjoining property access litigation experience REQUIRED.
  • NY J.D.
  • Substantial experience appearing in NY courts, preferably including Supreme Court.
  • Must be a litigator, able to analyze and research complex legal matters, perform discovery, prepare appropriate legal documents, and handle client cases beginning to end
  • Strong Contract Law experience
  • Strong experience with client relations
  • Excellent research experience and ability
