Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney

About the role

Our client is seeking a Senior Real Estate litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience specializing in real estate, construction, and landlord-tenant law.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court and before government agencies in real estate, construction, and landlord-tenant disputes.
• Draft and review legal documents, conduct legal research, and handle law and motion practice.
• Negotiate settlements and advise clients on legal transactions and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and California civil procedure.
• Manage administrative and practice-related functions while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license required.
• 5+ years of legal drafting and legal research experience preferred.
• Experience in real estate litigation, construction, and/or landlord-tenant law preferred.
• Familiarity with California civil procedure and litigation practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and client relationship skills; real estate broker's license is a plus.
