Boutique litigation firm located in downtown Chicago seeks a litigation attorney with a minimum of ten years of experience in business litigation with an emphasis on construction and professional liability. Other beneficial qualifications include experience in insurance coverage litigation and appellate work. Depending on performance this position may transition from contract lawyer to full time.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal issues related to construction and professional liability
• Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation
• Participate in appellate proceedings
