The successful candidate will be able to handle a file and have a strong background in managing all phases of litigation from inception to resolution, including complex contract disputes, business dissolutions, and business litigation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney, with a focus on contract disputes, business dissolutions, and business litigation
• Admission to the Alabama (AL) state bar
• Proven experience in trial practice, courts, depositions, and discovery
• Exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
