Responsibilities

• Manage litigation cases with a focus on education law

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in defense work, with consideration for plaintiff work on a case-by-case basis
• Transferable skills from administrative law or related fields are valued
• Graduation from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
• Experience in big law is preferred
