About the role
Senior Litigation Associate — Employment Litigation and Counseling. Located in San Francisco, United States. Work mode: Work from Office.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of employment litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents
- Conduct legal research and case analysis on complex employment law issues
- Advise clients on workplace policies, compliance matters, and risk management
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions
- Collaborate with partners and mentor junior associates as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in employment litigation or related field
- Strong knowledge of federal and California employment laws
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Proven client counseling and relationship-building abilities
