SENIOR LITIGATION ASSOCIATE — EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION AND COUNSELING

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Litigation Associate to join our team in San Francisco, specializing in employment litigation and counseling. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience, strong advocacy skills, and a proven track record representing clients in complex employment matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of employment litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis on complex employment law issues
• Advise clients on workplace policies, compliance matters, and risk management
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions
• Collaborate with partners and mentor junior associates as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in employment litigation or related field
• Strong knowledge of federal and California employment laws
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Proven client counseling and relationship-building abilities
