About the Role
We are seeking a senior employment litigation associate to join our Employment Group, which handles a wide variety of employment matters for a balanced plaintiff and defense practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience advising employers, including early and mid-stage startup companies, on employment law matters and representing them in state and federal proceedings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of employment law experience in both litigation and counseling
- Wage and hour litigation experience
- Strong employment litigation background, including class and representative actions
- Experience advising employers on a wide variety of employment law matters
- Active California Bar membership or ability to obtain admission promptly
