Requirements
- 5+ years of employment law experience in both litigation and counseling
- Wage and hour litigation experience
- Strong employment litigation background including class and representative actions
- Experience advising employers on a wide variety of employment law matters
- Active California Bar membership or ability to obtain admission promptly
