SENIOR LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY — EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION AND COUNSELING

About the Role

We are seeking a senior employment litigation associate to join our Employment Group, which handles a wide variety of employment matters for a balanced plaintiff and defense practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience advising employers, including early and mid-stage startup companies, on employment law matters and representing them in state and federal proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Advise employers on a wide variety of employment law matters
• Represent employers in state and federal litigation proceedings
• Handle wage and hour litigation, including class and representative actions

Requirements

• 5+ years of employment law experience in both litigation and counseling
• Wage and hour litigation experience required
• Strong employment litigation background, including class and representative actions
• Active California Bar membership or ability to obtain admission promptly
