- Work lunch/dinner service on the hot line
- Cook food and prepare top quality menu items in a timely manner
- Grill, middle and sauté stations for fine dining à la carte service
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two to three years à la carte line cook experience preferred
