This role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and implementation of tailored learning solutions
  • Engage with business clients to assess learning strategies
  • Create integrated learning solutions using adult learning methods
  • Provide strategic guidance and coaching for the team
  • Oversee and mentor other learning professionals
  • Support junior associates in developing learning design skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field; preferred in Adult Education or Human Resources
  • 3+ years in learning & development expertise
  • 3+ years consulting in learning initiatives
  • 3+ years curriculum design and development
  • 3+ years managing training program execution
