Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of tailored learning solutions
- Engage with business clients to assess learning strategies
- Create integrated learning solutions using adult learning methods
- Provide strategic guidance and coaching for the team
- Oversee and mentor other learning professionals
- Support junior associates in developing learning design skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field; preferred in Adult Education or Human Resources
- 3+ years in learning & development expertise
- 3+ years consulting in learning initiatives
- 3+ years curriculum design and development
- 3+ years managing training program execution
