About the role

The role is based in multiple locations including Beverly Hills, CA; Piedmont, CA; Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Miami, FL; Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; New York City, NY; Seattle, WA. Relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate one-hour interactive life skills and SEL sessions with K-8 students.
  • Conduct daily motivation sessions to ensure 100% of students meet their weekly app targets using age-appropriate incentives.
  • Develop Guides through direct observation, specific feedback, and practical training.
  • Analyze Coachbot data and student records to identify areas requiring support and provide direct interventions.
  • Mentor your assigned student cohort personally, applying coaching and motivational techniques.

Requirements

  • Currently located in or willing to relocate to one of the specified locations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or comparable field.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
  • Proven history of managing a team of 5 or more individuals, including recruitment and performance-based termination decisions.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or delivering constructive feedback to enhance engagement and performance.
  • Background in engaging with youth ages 5–14 in educational or developmental contexts.
  • Skilled in leveraging data and metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or Business (preferred).
  • Experience as an athletic coach, camp director, or youth program coordinator where you directly motivated children to achieve measurable goals.
  • Background coaching adults in positions where performance was measured and evaluated.
  • Confidence presenting to large groups of children.

Skills

  • Data analysis and interpretation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage young students.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

$100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
