Senior Learning Experience Manager, Alpha - $200,000/year USD
About the role
The role is based in various locations including Beverly Hills, CA; Piedmont, CA; Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Miami, FL; Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; New York City, NY; and Seattle, WA. Relocation assistance is available.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate one-hour interactive life skills and SEL sessions with K-8 students.
- Conduct daily motivation sessions to ensure 100% of students meet their weekly app targets using age-appropriate incentives.
- Develop Guides through direct observation, specific feedback, and practical training.
- Analyze Coachbot data and student records to identify areas requiring support and provide direct interventions.
- Mentor your assigned student cohort personally, applying coaching and motivational techniques.
Requirements
- Currently located in or willing to relocate to one of the specified locations.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or comparable field.
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Proven history of managing a team of 5 or more individuals, including recruitment and performance-based termination decisions.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or delivering constructive feedback to enhance engagement and performance.
- Background in engaging with youth ages 5–14 in educational or developmental contexts.
- Skilled in leveraging data and metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement.

- Confidence presenting to large groups of children.
