Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement Lean principles in enterprise operating model transformation.
  • Lead business process improvement initiatives across various environments including service, transactional, administrative, and manufacturing.
  • Measure and report on performance improvements achieved through consulting engagements.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in Lean, enterprise operating model transformation, business process improvement, continuous improvement, and organizational transformation.
  • Experience working in both manufacturing and service environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business transformation and/or Lean consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
