Senior Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Drive engagement delivery by gathering and analyzing information
• Formulate hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations
• Build detailed reports and present findings to executives
• Facilitate meetings and manage workstream plans
• Support team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years in Strategy, Operations, M&A, or Human Capital practice of a consulting firm
• 3+ years in leading global management or specialized boutique consulting
• 1 year of management experience or project leadership
• 1 year in complex, matrixed environments
