Skill Requirements

• 5+ Years of Experience in P&C Insurance, Personal Lines of Business, Collector/Specialty Vehicle insurance products
• 10+ Years of Experience as Business Analyst
• Working Knowledge of Policy Lifecycle (Quote, Bind, Endorse, Renewal, Cancellation, Out of Sequence) and Rating/Underwriting Concepts
• Experience Writing Complex Requirements (Both UI and Business Logic) for Enterprise-Level Transactional Systems
• Ability to Break Down Business Asks into Clear, Concise, Gap-Free Functional Requirements
• Hands-On Experience Writing User Stories with Clear Acceptance Criteria
• Experience in Creating Process Documentation, Specifications, and Requirements Gathering
• Experience Building Long-Term Relationships with Business End Users with a Product Ownership Approach, Suggesting Functional Solutions in Response to Claimed Business Needs
