About the role

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for preparing and maintaining reports, analytical tools, and dashboards for ASCs, Pharmacy, Lab, and Imaging services to measure Quad Aim performance. This position supports ambulatory growth strategy projects with ad-hoc analyses for ASCs, AICs, and infusion, including market assessments, volume forecasting, and business case development. They also work closely with the Clinical Shared Services leadership team to prioritize business and information needs and offer solutions to improve operations and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update reports and analytical dashboards to measure performance across the Quadruple Aim (Stewardship, Quality, Patient Experience, Caregiver Experience)
  • Support ambulatory growth strategy projects with ad-hoc analyses for ASCs, AICs, and infusion, including market assessments, volume forecasting, and business case development
  • Work closely with the Clinical Shared Services leadership team, including CFO and AVP, to prioritize business and information needs
  • Offer solutions to improve operations and reporting capabilities as identified
  • Ensure validity of data including identifying and reconciling discrepancies in intelligence from multiple reporting sources and/or systems and/or conducting period audits to improve data quality
  • Develop recurring and ad-hoc executive-level reporting and presentations for operational reviews, governance committees, and strategic planning discussions

Requirements

Essential Functions:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, BSE, BBA, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Or equivalent education/experience
  • 4 years Experience communicating with healthcare leadership and front-line caregivers
  • 2 years Experience working with healthcare claims and/or Electronic Medical Record billing data

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent data engineering, analytics, and reporting skills
  • Proficiency with Power BI and data warehouse technologies (SQL, Snowflake)
  • Comfort working with large healthcare datasets (Electronic Medical Records and claims)
  • Strong ability to problem-solve, even in unfamiliar situations
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate solutions to the problems that have been assessed
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization and interfacing with external partners
  • Strong, professional communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
