Responsibilities
- Affirms processes and technologies to facilitate information exchange among analysts and organizations for analytic production.
- Utilizes centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems, and shapes workflows and processes.
- Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities, such as search, discovery, storage, and retrieval of data, and formal production and tasking.
- Disseminates intelligence products across different networks and portals.
- Develops information system requirements aligned with mission requirements, adhering to DoD and U.S. Intelligence Community system architecture standards.
- Captures or updates user and functional system requirements through user interviews, system reviews, and process assessments.
- Creates logical data models based on functional requirements.
- Develops cases for new applications and evaluates detailed systems factors, including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software requirements, and reliability characteristics.
- Collaborates with users to identify problems, verify requirements, and address system design issues.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a knowledge management team.
- Participates in and coordinates all related knowledge management meetings and activities.
- Maintains and updates requirements documentation, including information stored in various data repositories.
- Documents Operating Instructions (OLs) for command-wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the government.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, and a master’s degree.
- OR - A minimum of 17 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, and a bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities necessary to meet mission requirements.
- Shows ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph (within 5 years).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree OR 17 years of relevant experience with at least 1 portion within the last 2 years.
- Bachelor’s degree OR 12 years of relevant experience with at least 1 portion within the last 2 years.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities necessary to meet mission requirements.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph (within 5 years).

Schedule
The anticipated start date is September/October 2026, with a period of performance of 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years.
Location
The primary place of performance is in the National Capital Region (NCR).
