Responsibilities

  • Affirms alignment of processes and technology to facilitate information sharing among analysts and organizations for analytic production.
  • Utilizes centralized and peripheral databases, content management systems, and shapes workflow and processes.
  • Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities, including search, discovery, storage, and retrieval of data, and formal production and taskings.
  • Disseminates intelligence products across various networks and portals.
  • Develops, stages, tests, and hosts selected SharePoint solutions.
  • Designs and develops web parts, InfoPath forms, Microsoft Office integration applications, workflows, page templates, branding customization, and web services.
  • Configures collaboration sites and forms authentication for staff access, manages user controls and security permissions for SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence (Atlassian suite).
  • Documents Operating Instructions (OLs) for command-wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the government.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, and a master’s degree.
  • OR - A minimum of 17 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, and a bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph (within 5 years).

Skills

  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Atlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence).
  • Experience in developing, staging, testing, and hosting SharePoint solutions.
  • Ability to design and develop web parts, InfoPath forms, Microsoft Office integration applications, workflows, page templates, branding customization, and web services.
  • Experience in configuring collaboration sites and managing user controls and security permissions for SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence (Atlassian suite).
  • Proficiency in documenting Operating Instructions (OLs) for command-wide programs and initiatives.

Schedule

The anticipated start date is September/October 2026 with a period of performance of 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years.

Location

The primary place of performance is in the National Capital Region (NCR).
