Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and support integrations across internal and external systems using APIs, messaging platforms, and data services.
Develop and enhance RESTful services and microservice-based applications.
Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions.
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define application enhancements and new functionality.
Follow and contribute to established architecture standards, development patterns, and best practices.
Research and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve application performance and scalability.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and production support activities.
Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to other team members.
Work closely with QA and other technology teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.

7-9 years of professional software development experience.
Hands-on experience with Java 17 and/or Java 21, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Kafka, SQL Server and/or Oracle, and REST APIs.
Experience designing and building scalable enterprise applications.
Ability to understand business requirements prior to development and to take ownership through completion with minimal oversight.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
