We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in backend development and React for frontend development. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java/J2EE and modern frontend frameworks
- Build and enhance backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Develop responsive, user-friendly UI using React
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint activities
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect fixing
- Collaborate with UX, QA, DevOps, and product teams
- Support deployment and troubleshoot production issues
- Follow Agile/Scrum development practices
Skills
Backend
- Strong experience in React
- Hands-on with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA
- Experience developing RESTful web services
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
Frontend
- Strong experience with React
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Experience with responsive and cross-browser UI development
Database & Tools
- Experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $102,000 to $168,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, education and qualifications, certifications and licenses, relevant experience and skills, seniority and performance, market and business considerations, and internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
