Requirements
- 9+ years of Software Engineering experience (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong backend expertise in Java / Spring Boot
- 4+ years of experience with Python
- 5+ years of experience with Angular
- 3+ years of experience with React
- Experience building or integrating multi-agent orchestration systems (1+ year)
- Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Observability and monitoring for AI systems
- Stakeholder communication for AI-driven initiatives
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the Financial Services industry
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
