Senior IT Pharmacy Analyst

For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Senior IT Pharmacy Analyst to lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. This role works across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture and execution quality in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance clinical information systems related to medication use
• Implement critical 'fast track' changes under the Pharmacy IT Manager
• Review routine alterations related to operational support
• Design and execute complex changes to medication orders
• Identify standardization opportunities for the formulary across the health system
• Analyze impacts on applications during changes or outages
• Evaluate new application functionalities for potential implementation

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with pharmacy information systems and clinical pharmacy practice
• 2 years of scientific and clinically oriented professional instruction
• 1 year in a structured externship
• B.S. or PharmD. from an accredited College of Pharmacy

Pay

$102,700 – $164,600 annually
