Senior IT Manager, Enterprise Integrations
Job Overview
Komatsu is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Integrations to lead the strategy, delivery, and operations of enterprise integration capabilities.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Defines and executes the enterprise integration strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and overall IT architecture.
- Serves as a critical technology and people leader, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure integrations that enable business processes across ERP, digital platforms, partner ecosystems, and external systems.
- Drives integration standards, platform governance, delivery excellence, and operational stability while continuously modernizing integration capabilities to support business growth and digital transformation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services (API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, etc.).
- Strong experience with SAP integration technologies, including SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience with B2B and managed file transfer platforms such as IBM Sterling Integrator.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, system integrators, and AMS partners.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for integration platforms.
Additional Information
- Oversees enterprise integration platforms supporting multiple business units and critical enterprise processes.
- Directly manages a team of integration architects, developers, and support engineers, along with oversight of external partners.
- Manages operational and project budgets associated with integration platforms and services.
Hiring Range
The hiring range for this role is $150,000 - $195,000.
