Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead design development across large-scale residential projects
• Produce and oversee detailed CAD drawings, plans, elevations, and specifications
• Develop comprehensive FF&E packages, finish schedules, and material palettes
• Cook up coordination with architects, builders, fabricators, and consultants
• Anticipate construction and execution challenges before they arise
• Maintain design integrity and clarity throughout construction and installation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency and rigor
• Support studio standards for documentation, detailing, and execution
• Participate in internal reviews and coordination as needed

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in high-end residential design or architecture-focused studios
• Deep familiarity with the build process for luxury homes, including renovations and new build
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, detailing, and materials
• Ability to manage complex projects with independence, confidence, and discretion
• Clear, polished communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel to job sites and lift light to medium loads (up to 20 lbs) on occasion
