Senior Integrated Construction Coordinator

Summary

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Construction Coordinator I to manage Virtual Design and Construction processes throughout project phases.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes using technology platforms
• Manage tasks such as existing conditions modeling, cost estimation, phase planning, 3D visualization, coordination, site utilization planning, construction system design, digital fabrication, and record modeling
• Act as a point of contact for construction team members regarding VDC processes and reports
• Assist in training on VDC processes
• Participate in Mortenson's IDAT community of practice
• Create daily work plans
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent field
• Minimum 2 years related experience
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro 4D, Trimble SketchUp, and Bluebeam Revu
• Proficiency with Autodesk BIM 360 Field and Glue, 3DS Max, Civil 3D, Point Layout, Faro Scene, Google Earth Pro, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Completion of intermediate level BIM/VDC software training
• Detail-oriented to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic understanding of construction law and business practices
• Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office, project management, and relevant web applications
• Positive attitude, strong customer service skills, effective communication, teamwork, initiative, problem-solving, and leadership
• Open to change and diverse input
• Current driver’s license

Pay Information

The base pay range for this role is $98,800 MIN - $133,300 MAX. Actual range varies based on location (Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
