Senior Integrated Construction Coordinator

SUMMARY

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Construction Coordinator to oversee Virtual Design and Construction processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes through technology platforms
• Manage VDC processes including existing conditions modeling, cost estimation, phase planning, 3D visualization, coordination, site utilization planning, construction system design, digital fabrication, and record modeling
• Act as a point of contact for construction team members on VDC processes and reports
• Aid in training on VDC processes
• Participate in Mortenson's IDAT community of practice
• Daily work planning and documentation of work processes
• Document and improve/implement current company process standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent field
• Minimum 2 years related experience
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro 4D, Trimble SketchUp, and Bluebeam Revu
• Proficiency with Autodesk BIM 360 Field and Glue, 3DS Max, Civil 3D, Point Layout, Faro Scene, Google Earth Pro, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Familiarity with game engine technologies, parametric analysis solutions, key frame animation, 2D/3D rendering, and 2D/3D postproduction
• Completion of intermediate level BIM/VDC software training
• Detail-oriented to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic understanding of construction law and business practices
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Office, project management, and web application skills
• Positive attitude, strong customer service skills, effective communication, teamwork, initiative, problem-solving, and leadership
• Open to change and diverse input
• Current driver’s license

PAY AND SCHEDULE

• Base pay range: $98,800 MIN - $133,300 MAX
• Actual range varies based on location (Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%)
• Eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan
