Responsibilities
- Identify potential insurance markets
- Create strategic plans for market entry
- Manage the insurance product development lifecycle
- Improve products to increase profitability, improve growth and improve customer experience
- Generate insights and create cost benefit analysis using performance metrics, customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities
- Monitor performance, including customer and agent satisfaction and financial benefits realization
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
- Demonstrated experience performing complex financial, actuarial or business analysis
- Solid knowledge and understanding of customer, business industry, insurance, underwriting guidelines and risk concepts in area of expertise
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to review complex products, and/or lines of business
- Demonstrated experience making independent decisions
- Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools
Qualifications
- High level of analytical skill
- Reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Hopkins, MN; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034
- Madison & Boston are strongly preferred
