Responsibilities

  • Identify potential insurance markets
  • Create strategic plans for market entry
  • Manage the insurance product development lifecycle
  • Improve products to increase profitability, improve growth and improve customer experience
  • Generate insights and create cost benefit analysis using performance metrics, customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Monitor performance, including customer and agent satisfaction and financial benefits realization

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
  • Demonstrated experience performing complex financial, actuarial or business analysis
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of customer, business industry, insurance, underwriting guidelines and risk concepts in area of expertise
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to review complex products, and/or lines of business
  • Demonstrated experience making independent decisions
  • Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools

Qualifications

  • High level of analytical skill
  • Experience with contract language, underwriting guidelines, system/platform, automation and use of pricing/predictive analytics
  • Experience with personal lines products
  • Knowledge of customer, business industry, insurance, underwriting guidelines and risk concepts in area of expertise
  • Experience with project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools

$88,000.00 - $145,000.00

Schedule

Hybrid role, minimum of 10 days per month from the office.
