Senior Insurance Producer
About the role
Farsyt is a venture-backed independent insurance agency that combines traditional agency relationships with modern tech infrastructure. We are currently in the early stages of building a significant operation and are seeking producers who want to grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Possess 5+ years of experience as a licensed P&C producer at an independent agency or captive carrier
- Hold an active P&C producer license
- Have a demonstrated book of business or a strong pipeline ready to develop
- Have experience across both personal lines and small commercial insurance
- Be comfortable with technology, embracing tools that enhance productivity
- Be a self-starter with strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills
- Provide feedback on carrier appetite, product gaps, and client needs to shape agency strategy
Requirements
