Senior Instructional Systems Designer (ISD)
Leidos has an opportunity for a Senior Instructional Systems Designer in our Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA). Our team specializes in Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, Analytical Methods and Modeling, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cryptographic Key Management.
About the role
Leidos is seeking a Senior Instructional Systems Designer to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. This role requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (firm requirement).
Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum training delivery and administration services for Insider Threat and Operational Security classes.
- Support Insider Threat professionalization services, certification programs, and education, outreach, communication, and development activities.
- Instruct modules and facilitate breakout sessions in virtual Insider Threat and Operational Security classes.
- Update Insider Threat and Operational Security curriculum.
- Administer government Insider Threat and Operational Security training programs, including registering and communicating with students, setting up virtual classrooms, and distributing course materials.
- Edit and refresh Insider Threat Competency Resource Guides, including conducting focus groups, designing surveys, analyzing results, and writing reports.
- Support the Certified Counter Insider Threat Professional (CCITP) Program, including participating in bi-weekly calls, coordinating governance meetings, and reviewing technical reports.
- Contribute to and attend IC events such as the Insider Threat Data Analysis Working Group and the 811 Conference.
- Participate in planning and executing National Insider Threat Awareness Month events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 18+ years of experience, a Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience, or no degree with 24+ years of experience.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Insider Threat experience.
- Previous instructor and training administration experience.
- Previous experience in the Intelligence Community.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.

Pay
Pay Range: $105,300.00 - $190,350.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered include responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data.
