- Produce performance support materials such as job aids, quick-reference guides, and checklists.
- Design and package consistent branded content suites for multiple delivery methods (self-paced e-learning, virtual instructor-led, in-person, blended, and on-the-job support).
- Build and maintain content strategy for the LMS, including structured build-out of learning pathways and resources across multiple departments.
- Manage the full content lifecycle in the LMS: upload, organize, tag, update, and retire materials with attention to version control and usability.
- Participate in reporting strategy related to learner engagement, course completions, and learner feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- Analyze learner engagement, completion, and feedback data to refine content and improve program effectiveness.

- Hands-on experience with video development tools (Camtasia or equivalent) and Canva (or similar design platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with SMEs in construction field operations and translate field knowledge into clear, usable training.
- Strong skill in writing scripts, building presentations, creating assessments, and developing practical job aids.
- Experience designing courses that include in-person delivery, observational assessment elements, and cohort-based learning.
- Experience packaging complete, consistent branded content suites for multiple delivery methods.
- Advanced LMS administration and content strategy experience, including multi-department content organization and pathway design.
