Instructional Designer, Senior

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and instructors to assess customer training needs
• Design and develop interactive training solutions for critical information
• Use innovative strategies like blended learning and gamification in course design
• Incorporate feedback from communication with SMEs, instructors, and product designers
• Evaluate training effectiveness using methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick Model
• Mentor and lead within the learning team to enhance training quality
• Identify and develop new learning opportunities for customers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience using adult learning methodologies
• Experience in designing both instructor-led and web-based training
• Familiar with accessibility and usability standards for adult learning
• Skilled in analyzing content from policies and regulations for instructional purposes
• Must possess TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree required

Pay

$69,400 – $158,000 annually
