Senior Inspector (NICET or Engineer)

About the role

Tectonic seeks professional services and construction service providers. Firms providing products or other services are not required to be prequalified.

Responsibilities

• Complete the questionnaire thoroughly and provide all requested information.
• Indicate N/A for questions that are not applicable and provide explanations if necessary.
• Upload supplemental information sheets and certificates verifying the firm's status.
• Upload any relevant judgments, arbitrations, liens, insurance claims, or lawsuits.
• Answer questions regarding criminal background information, including convictions and charges.
• Provide details about insurance coverage limits and willingness to purchase additional insurance.
• Describe any written Health & Safety Programs, site-specific Health & Safety Plans, and their execution.
• Detail the presence of safety professionals, safety inspections, accident investigations, drug and alcohol screening programs, and employee training.
• Respond to questions regarding specific safety training and certifications required for the work performed.
• Provide information on OSHA training and fall protection equipment usage.

Qualifications

Firms must be prequalified to provide professional services or construction services to Tectonic.

Skills

Proven experience in professional services and construction services is required.
