Senior Inpatient Case Manager -

Overview

Generous sign‑on bonus of $20,000 for qualified candidates. Full‑time Senior Inpatient Case Manager RN working the day shift (Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with on‑call commitments that include holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility, accountability, and leadership for daily operations of inpatient case management, including coordination of work, quality, and service.
• Assist the supervisor for the assigned site/function.
• Participate in team activities and provide case management services as needed.
• Maintain fiscal accountability for departmental activities.
• Provide feedback on hiring and evaluate personnel.
• Operate within a hospital/acute‑care setting.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license – compact/multi‑state or single‑state (Virginia).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association.
• Case Management certification (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC, or CMGT‑BC) required within one year of eligibility.
• RN education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (required).
• Preferred: 3 years of case‑management experience in a hospital or acute‑care setting.

Compensation

Base pay range for full‑time employment: $101,483.20 – $138,548.80 annually. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Salary varies based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
