Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician (Day Shift)
About the role
As Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician, Conveyors at Honeywell, you will provide high-level technical support and service to our customers, ensuring the optimal performance of Honeywell products and systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex technical issues on Honeywell equipment, conveyance systems and PLCs
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical service or field service role in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Hands-on experience working on conveyor systems, wiring, electrical and some knowledge of PLC's
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Engineering or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Honeywell products
- Customer-focused mindset
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to train and mentor junior technicians
