Industrial Maintenance Technician - Day Shift
About the role
Marvin Composites is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Fargo, ND location. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to an innovative manufacturing environment while building a rewarding career.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely support, perform preventive and reactive maintenance
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Plan work effectively, coordinating with production & leadership to ensure success
- Order parts as needed to keep our equipment running smoothly
- Maintain facility equipment to minimize downtime and scrap
- Continuously improve equipment, processes, methods, etc., to drive innovation
Requirements
- A two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong Electrical and Mechanical skills
- Familiarity with PLCs, control systems, and industrial automation

Pay
- Base rate: $24-37/hr
- $4.00/hr weekend premium
- Effective wage potential (base+weekend premium+OT): $27-40/hr
Schedule
- Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 hours)
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (48 hours)
- Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week
- Work just 7 out of every 14 days
