Position Summary
This position is responsible for setup and ongoing maintenance for all eligibility services technology platforms. These technology platforms include the following: eligibility system of record, client web-based eligibility maintenance portal, PBM vendor setup, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and COBRA administration platforms, mapping program, and ID card program.
Essential Functions
- Configures/codes new group setup and group changes in all applicable eligibility services technology platforms
- Communicates changes and set up requirements with applicable vendors and navigates vendor systems as necessary
- Conducts quality assurance testing on all new group setup and changes among technology platforms
- Maintains project plans and checklists for new client implementations and existing client changes
- Processes changes, renewals, and open enrollment, among all technology platforms
- Provides system enhancement suggestions
- Works on special projects as assigned
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years prior benefits administration experience with a strong focus on coding setup and maintenance technology required
- Client coding and installation QicLink/Cognizant experience preferred
- Intermediate level experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, basic Access skills preferred
