The Opportunity

Homecare Homebase is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team. This role involves guiding our customers and internal training teams through the implementation methodology and deployment of our home health and hospice software.

Challenge

At Homecare Homebase, we help home health and hospice organizations overcome business and technological challenges to enhance patient care and efficiency. The Senior Implementation Consultant will play a crucial role in implementing and deploying our software across multiple sites.

Serving Clients

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the proper use of the Homecare Homebase application
  • Lead clients through Discovery, Design, Build, and Test phases of implementation
  • Guide customers toward established best practices
  • Assist in making customizations to clinical content
  • Support clients and internal team members throughout onsite and remote deployments
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and customer project teams
  • Assist clients with change management efforts
  • Independently research customer inquiries and determine sources of issues
  • Research data functionality and report problems to the customer support team
  • Maintain product knowledge as new enhancements and functionality are released
  • Collaborate with internal leadership to maintain a template database of best practices
  • Provide accurate and holistic feedback on team members' performance
  • Implement strategies to improve team performance, foster growth, and assist with meeting department and company goals

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and significant work experience
  • 3+ years' experience in home health or hospice field
  • Experience in customer service/support or training on software applications
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems
