About the role
Thrive as a Senior Implementation Consultant, a role designed for elite professionals who possess a high-density skill set in both accounting and software architecture. This position is a premier blend of high-stakes customer-facing delivery and strategic internal influence, serving as a springboard into senior leadership roles within Service Delivery, Strategy, or Operations.
Responsibilities
- Complex Multi-Entity Architecture: Lead end-to-end implementations for large-scale customers, focusing on consolidated reporting, intercompany complexities, and high-volume entity management.
- Technical Advocacy & Gap Resolution: Identify technical platform gaps for enterprise-level customers and work directly with Engineering teams to develop and implement resolutions.
- End-to-End Onboarding Management: Orchestrate all attached product onboardings and lead comprehensive employee education sessions to ensure high adoption and value realization.
- Strategic Service Evolution: Partner closely with Senior Leaders in Service Delivery and Strategy to identify areas of customer friction to supply documented recommendations on product improvements and service workflows.
- On-the-Ground Consultation: Provide high-touch, "white-glove" assistance directly within customer business offices when necessary to drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in high-touch software implementation, management consulting, or professional services.
- Accounting Expertise: 8+ years experience and deep subject matter expertise in accounting principles, specifically regarding multi-entity structures and complex financial reporting.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate customer friction into actionable product and process improvements.
- Project Leadership: A track record of driving multi-party workstreams where external consultants and internal stakeholders must stay perfectly aligned.
- Travel Readiness: Ability to travel 10%–25% of the time to engage directly with clients on-site.
- The "Polish" Factor: Exceptional presence and communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive partner dynamics and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.
