Independence Physician Management (IPM), a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), is seeking an experienced and collaborative Human Resources Manager to support our growing physician network across multiple markets. Founded in 2012 as the physician services unit of UHS, IPM develops and manages multi-specialty physician networks and urgent care clinics that align with UHS acute care facilities. We also provide select services for the Behavioral Health division of UHS. Today, IPM operates in 13 markets across seven states and the District of Columbia, and our teams remain committed to improving the health and wellness of the communities we serve.
