About the role

The Senior HR Manager will lead HR operations and strategic initiatives across HHI CORPORATION, based in Ogden, Utah. This role is highly visible and offers the opportunity to influence business decisions, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and grow alongside the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on workplace issues
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet business needs
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching
  • Create and maintain compensation and benefits programs that align with market standards and company goals
  • Navigate regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Support organizational development initiatives, including training and development programs
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide strategic direction and hands-on HR support to leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (preferred)
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a fast-paced, multi-state environment
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • Ability to navigate complex HR situations with sound judgment, discretion, and a practical approach

Qualifications

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
