About the role

The Dixon Group is seeking a Senior Human Resource Manager to lead HR initiatives and align them with business goals. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of HR experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a cross-functional rotation to gain hands-on experience across the department.
  • Manage and execute HR initiatives to support organizational goals.
  • Aid in developing and implementing recruitment and hiring strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advocate and point of contact for employees.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs and manage leave requests.
  • Support performance evaluation processes to foster employee growth and accountability.
  • Manage HR systems, metrics, and reporting to ensure accurate data tracking and actionable insights.
  • Guarantee compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Promote the company's core values through HR practices and interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience as an HR professional for 10 years.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Experience with HR systems (UKG preferred).
  • Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Excellent active, listening, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.

Skills

  • Knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (UKG preferred).
  • Ability to manage HR systems, metrics, and reporting.

Pay

$80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
