About the role
The Dixon Group is seeking a Senior Human Resource Manager to lead HR initiatives and align them with business goals. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of HR experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a cross-functional rotation to gain hands-on experience across the department.
- Manage and execute HR initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Aid in developing and implementing recruitment and hiring strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advocate and point of contact for employees.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs and manage leave requests.
- Support performance evaluation processes to foster employee growth and accountability.
- Manage HR systems, metrics, and reporting to ensure accurate data tracking and actionable insights.
- Guarantee compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Promote the company's core values through HR practices and interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience as an HR professional for 10 years.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Experience with HR systems (UKG preferred).
- Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
Qualifications

Skills
- Knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Pay
$80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
